Be Bug-free with Essential Oils

Basil, peppermint, citronella and lemongrass bother insects. Keep your rooms pest free by adding 10 drops of one of these essential oils to an essential oil diffuser or add a couple of drops to a lamp ring.

Allergy Relief with Aromatherapy

Find some relief from seasonal allergies that cause congestion. Put a few drops of eucalyptus oil in an oil burner or diffuser and you'll feel some relief in your head, nose and sinuses.

Immune System Booster

In flu and cold season, you'll want to ensure you have a strong immune system.

Mix 20 drops of Sandalwood in 3 oz. of a carrier oil like Sweet Almond or Grapeseed. Use as a massage oil every couple of days, or nightly, massage your feet before bed.

Put on cotton or fleece socks and enjoy a healthy night's sleep.

Instant Room Fresheners

Have a small spray bottle of lavender and water handy around the house, and spritz the air to freshen a room, your car, or even as a body spray . Use approx. 10-13 drops of essential oil mixed with 16oz of water and spritz yourself, your car, or your room, anytime you need calming or relaxation.

Walking in Aromatherapy

Apply just a couple of drop of essential oil to a cotton ball and place in shoes overnight. Try lemon (to stimulate), geranium (for balance) or cedarwood (to relieve stress). Combine tea tree with lemon oil to tame especially smelly feet.
